Data Collection

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service: your email, username, and the photos you upload. We use cookies for authentication and may collect basic analytics to improve the service.

Photos and Metadata

EXIF metadata is extracted from your photos to enable features like date sorting and camera info display. This metadata is stripped from publicly shared images to protect your location and other sensitive data.

ActivityPub

If you share photos publicly via ActivityPub, they will be distributed to other federated servers. Shared content may be cached by other servers according to ActivityPub protocols.

Data Retention

You can delete your photos and account at any time. When you delete content, it's removed from our servers. Content shared via ActivityPub may persist on other federated servers.
